How We Use the Information We Collect

When you use the VenueDex site to submit your event requests, we provide your Personal Data to the provider that you have decided to book and put your down payment with.
VenueDex may occasionally send you advertisements; marketing material or other offers that we think might be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such advertisements, marketing material or other offers, please contact us to unsubscribe.
Our business is constantly changing. As part of that process, VenueDex may sell or buy other companies, and Personal Data may be transferred as part of such transactions. It is also possible that VenueDex, or substantially all of its assets, may be acquired by another company, whether by merger, sale of assets or otherwise, and Personal Data may be transferred as part of such a transaction.
